Amazon faced unexpected criticism from users in India for selling doormats and phim tam ly khiêu dam thái lanother products with religious figures on its American website. The controversy soon escalated into a Twitter campaign asking Indians to boycott the e-commerce platform and its app.

Soon, #BoycottAmazon began trending on Twitter in India, with several people threatening to uninstall the app and give it a negative rating on various app stores.
The products were being sold by a retailer called Rock Bull, but most of the tweets seem to have been directed at Amazon. After the backlash, Amazon reportedly removed most of the products from its site.
