Warzone’s Season 4 Reloaded update brings the Havoc Royale mode, which changes gameplay through crazy modifiers such as having super-human leaps and turning into literal sacks of potatoes.
The Havoc mode appeared in both Modern Warfare 2 and Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer, and now appears in Warzone as ‘Havoc Royale.’ This is part of Season 4 Reloaded, which also brings back Resurgence Ranked Play and a Beavis and Butt-Head crossover.

The Havoc Royale mode arrives in Warzone Season 4 Reloaded, which starts on Wednesday, July 2.
The exact date hasn’t been confirmed yet, but since the blog doesn’t mention an ‘in-season’ launch, we expect it to arrive with the update on July 2.
Havoc Royale mode explained
Havoc Royale is a fast-paced 44-player mode with bizarre, game-changing modifiers. You’ll drop into a select area of Verdansk (Downtown, Airport, or Train Station) with your loadout, but the gameplay will change with every circle collapse.

ActivisionThis Quads mode is still battle royale, where you’ll have to loot, and the last team standing wins, but these modifiers will severely affect gameplay, such as adding Cranked mechanics, making everyone have a Watermelon for a head, and having the gas rise vertically.
The Buy Station will also sell different items:
- Squad Buyback
- Armor Plate
- Gasmask
- Door Barricade
- Munitions Box
- Redeploy Drone
- Hand Cannon
- UAV

Article continues after ad- Charge Jump:?Leap huge distances. Holding the button before a Charge Jump increases your jump height, while your speed determines how horizontal your jump will be.
- Cranked:?Enemy player outlines will periodically flash red, you get a HUD indicating nearby enemies, as well as Tracker footsteps, and faster weapon switching, armor plating, and reloads. When the on-screen timer reaches zero, you’ll explode. Opening caches increases your time, and defeating an enemy fully refreshes the timer.
- Crouch Potato:?When crouching, Operators transform into sacks of potatoes. You can still move and jump, and health and armor slowly regenerate in this state, which only stops if struck by enemy fire.
- Eye See You:?All Operators always have an Advanced UAV active, and googly eyes.
- Melon Heads:?Operators have watermelon heads, with a watermelon-based explosion if hit. Damage to the body is reduced, while damage to the head is multiplied.
- Make it Rain:?More ammo and cash become available, to such an extent that it isn’t likely you’ll need to reload, as bullets are removed from your reserves rather than your chamber or magazine. Fire Sale also activates.
- You’ll have more ammo and cash, but you won’t need to reload as bullets are taken from your reserves instead of the chamber or magazine. There’s also a fire sale.
- Unregulated Airspace:?The airspace is no longer overcrowded, which means more Killstreaks can be used at the same time. More will also be available as ground loot.
- Showdown (Finale Modifier):?All Operators are given an identical Loadout and nearby weapons are removed.
- Rising Gas (Finale Modifier):?Gas will rise vertically throughout the combat zone, forcing you to get to higher ground. Luckily, there will be more Gas Masks and Personal Redeploy Drones (Havoc Royale Mode only) during this modifier’s lifespan.
