One thing I loved about my old apartment was that it came equipped with a smart thermostat. This isn’t the lowest we’ve seen for this smart thermostat, but it’s still a solid deal if you’re trying to beat the summer heat (especially if you’d like to control your thermostat from your phone, like I did).
