Ever since he collaborated with Celine Dion for the music in Deadpool,video of teacher having sex with student it's been clear that Ryan Reynolds is a big fan of legendary pop singers.
Which makes one particular scene in his new Netflix movie, 6 Underground, all the more shocking.
In a nutshell, there's a moment during a car chase where Dave Franco's character, 6, turns the radio on – and the Spice Girls' song "Wannabe" starts blasting out. Rather than embracing this moment, though, as we all know he should have, Reynolds' character rips the entire radio out and throws it from the car window.

Finally, on Monday morning, Reynolds took to Twitter to clear the whole thing up. Apparently the song was added in postproduction.

"I would NEVER interrupt the Spice Girls," wrote Reynolds. "Never."

"I specifically asked for something else," responded Reynolds, referring to the choice of song. "Something other like an old 98 Degrees song or something like that, that I would rip out... the fact that Michael effing Bay put in Spice Girls – which by the way, where I'm from, in my house, that's a religion, man. When my wife finds out that I rip out a radio because the Spice Girls is playing, I'm a dead man. They're amazing, the Spice Girls."
