Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said the "system is latina milf sex videosrigged" after FBI Director James Comey recommended no charges for rival presumptive presidential candidate Hillary Clinton following an investigation into Clinton's use of email while she was secretary of state.
Comey said the agency found no evidence Clinton or her staffers had intentionally violated the law, though he said the department was "careless" in how it handled email that contained classified and even top secret information.

Clinton's next scheduled public appearance is on Tuesday in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she is slated to appear at 3 p.m. alongside President Barack Obama.
Trump will have the final word of the day at his own North Carolina rally, scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. in Raleigh.
