As the election draws nearer,hd ??? ?? more and more celebrities seem to be having a pop at Donald Trump supporter Elon Musk. First Cardi B, and now Stephen King.
The horror writer — who has already sparred with Musk on multiple occasions — took to the Musk-owned X (formerly Twitter) on Sunday night, accusing the tech billionaire of spreading misinformation ahead of the election.

Of course, King's right about Musk having "skin in the game". Musk publicly endorsed Trump on X in July, has donated millions to a Trump Super PAC to help with his re-election, has appeared himself at Trump rallies, and offered million-dollar swing state payouts to Trump voters.
On X, he also regularly posts complete nonsense to his 200+ million followers. Musk has shared (and deleted) far right fake news, spread a false rumor that a bomb had been found at a Trump rally, and his posts frequently receive Community Notes debunking their accuracy. Musk allowed conspiracy theories to run rampant on the platform after Trump was shot at during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, and to top it all off, added pro-Trump icons for Trump hashtags on X.
